Using a blend of concentrated bacterial cultures and nonionic surfactants, this cleaner breaks down odor-causing residues rather than masking them, leaving treated areas fresh, clean, and deodorized. Its mild formula makes it suitable for routine use in commercial, institutional, and residential environments where urine odours are a recurring concern.

Designed to work on porous and non-porous surfaces, Professional UCT is effective in restrooms, floors, grout lines, carpets, and hard-to-clean areas impacted by organic contamination. The product performs best when allowed proper dwell time to let the bacterial action work deep into surfaces.
